The fee is $93.50 and paid to the courthouse

Certified copies will be $7.50 each

There is NO blood test

Out of State residents can be married the same day license is applied for, NO waiting period!

FL Residents have a 3 day waiting period

For those who can come to Florida ahead of time the license is valid for 60 days

If either of you have divorced within the past 6 months, you must bring a copy of your divorce decree. If it has been more than 6 months, you will be asked where the County/State and date the divorce was finalized.
